Self-Proclaimed Foodies

 

We love to talk, eat, and learn about healthy food from different cultures, we seek new food experiences as a hobby rather than simply eating out of convenience or hunger. Our interests and activities include wine tasting, beer sampling’s, following restaurant openings and closings, not to mention food fads. When dining out service, presentation and ambiance are a must, when dining in our home or out, alfresco dinging is an important part of our enjoyment, my personal expectation is that paper or plastic is not an option.

 

A big part of living healthy is eating a healthy diet. As a busy couple we dine out for most of our meals, one of the biggest challenges for us is to find a restaurant that provides healthy menu options that meet the needs of a lifelong vegetarian married to a non-vegetarian, who loves to cook. This is where perseverance pays off big time and that is why we want to RAVE when we find healthy recipes that meets our standards and food yearnings.

 

Far from a traditional rave we provide insight for great food. The recipes that standout are the ones that we’re more than happy to share with our readers.

Your food choices each day affect your health how you feel today, tomorrow, and in the future. The basic need for healthy food is pretty simple.
